How Does Family Promise Help?
 

Family Promise coordinates the efforts of volunteers to help families get information and resources needed to “get back on their feet”.
 

o  Congregations of all faiths provide meals and overnight accommodations to families who currently do not have a home of their own.

o  On weekdays, children go to school or daycare while adults go to work or seek employment and/or housing. 

o  Staff of Family Promise oversees this network and also provides case management at the Day Center which includes assisting adults in accessing community resources.
