Family Promise of Santa Rosa, Inc...  moving homeless children and their families from crisis to  self-sufficiency.

What is Family Promise®?
 

 

 Family Promise of Santa Rosa, Inc. is  part of an interfaith nonprofit organization committed to helping low-income families nationwide achieve lasting independence.  We are one of 122 Interfaith Hospitality Networks (IHNs) in 38 states, with a combined total of over 200,000 volunteers in more than 4,500 churches and synagogues.  These IHNs provide citizens the opportunity to reach out to those in need within their own communities and to make a difference in the very place where they live.


 

How do families receive help?

Families are referred by local agencies and churches and are interviewed by the Director of Family Promise of Santa Rosa.  To be eligible, the adults must agree to actively work on an individualized plan to regain independence and self-sufficiency.
